NACOPRW is a non-profit tax exempt organization under the 501(c)(3) IRS Charter. Your dues and contributions are income tax deductible.
Members pay an annual fee, which varies among these 5 classifications:

| Active | Women of Puerto Rican Origin | $50 |
| Associate | Non-Puerto Rican Men or Women | $50 |
| Student | Puerto Ricans (18 yrs or older) attending a college or a university full-time | $25 |
| Youth | Young boys and girls, ages 10-17 | $15 |
| Corporate | Businesses that support NACOPRW’s goals & provides financial assistance | $150 |
